My Story

Hi everyone! ❤️ I'm taking part in Step Up for Carers: 220K Steps for 220K Carers this June. 

Across Northern Ireland, there are around 220,000 carers supporting a loved one. Many are caring for someone with a mental health condition and often face significant emotional and practical challenges.

To show my support, I'm aiming to walk 220,000 steps during June (thats about 7,300 steps a day) and raise money for CAUSE, the only organisation in Northern Ireland dedicated specifically to supporting mental health carers. 

CAUSE provides vital support, information and connection to carers who are often under pressure and feeling isolated.
